By simply linking a savings account, checking account or a line of credit loan to your share draft account you can rest assured that errors causing insufficient funds fees and returned checks don’t happen. Overdraft Protection typically allows transactions exceeding the balance in your share draft account to be approved and paid by transferring money from the account you have linked to it. Overdraft Protection transfers are limited to the availability of funds in the accounts you have linked. Overdraft Protection can be less expensive than paying an insufficient fee. Overdraft products may be subject to credit application, credit approval and other criteria to qualify
